This will be is an amazing promotion for all of our products so we are looking to bring in some big talents who will not only enhance the skillset of our eager students but also those who have Sugarprism LLC best interest in mind. We are focusing on instructors who are versed in use and knowledge of Sugarprism products in different applications , but if you are not completely familiar right now, thats ok!! We still have time to familiarize you with all of the Sugarprism products and we will be having plenty of discussions and how-to sessions for those who will be leading the Sugar Art Studio classes.
Just to get us familiar with your experience with Sugarprism products, there is a short questionnaire for you to submit with your application.
Regulations And Requirements
*Every instructor will be required to integrate Sugarprism products into their lessons. The versatility of Sugarprism products allows for an extremely vast number of uses in the sugar art decorating industry, therefore we are very confidant it will be easy to integrate Sugarprism into your class. Any sugar art product deemed an “edible paint” other than Sugarprism Brand , for the exception of pre approved decorative metallic powders are not allowable in the classrooms and or will not be allowed to be promoted during any part of this event. Colorant additives used to change the color of items such as buttercream or fondant will be allowed but must be submitted for review in the instructors class description and supply list. Any instructor in violation of these policies can be removed during any part of this event with forfeiting any class/instructor related payment.
Classes/Demos will be reviewed in the order they are received. We will be offering a wide range of styles and instruction so please feel free to submit several classes you may want to teach before selections are made. As part of the fun and attraction to the show, we will be offering our attendees free demo viewing so each instructor will be required to demo for 30 to 45 minute slots between vendor paid demos. We will have more details on timeframes the closer we get to the date. You may want to submit a small “teaser” demo along with your class description/photos to be submitted in our instructor social media blasts. In light of appealing to all levels of students, we are asking instructors to keep their class prices in the $100.00 – $275.00 per student cost range. There is a better chance of filling classrooms if the costs are within reason and beginners are most likely to take classes they are not intimidated by. Class submissions in a range from our instructors is appreciated.
*Note, we are working out details with the venue and may have access to the full catering kitchen/class room for those who may want to teach using ovens for baking , refrigerators for chocolate art etc. This will depend on the number of students we can get set up to cover the cost of the kitchen. If we manage to gain use of the kitchen for our event, neither the venue or Sugarprism LLC and any associates of the venue or Sugarprism LLC will not be responsible or liable for any injury or loss that may occur due to the use of kitchen equipment or in any classroom. Any loss or injury that may occur is the sole responsibility of the instructor. As we all know, accidents do happen so please practice caution in all classrooms!

We are confidant our experienced instructors will bring a lot of knowledge and experience to the table for your students and expect you to keep your classes at a fair price for both yourself and the students. Sugarprism reserves the right to adjust pricing if we feel it is not within reason.
- The venue provides a variety of breakout rooms so we are not putting a cap on the number or students per classroom until we get closer to the date and all of our instructors have submitted their material.
